Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, then packed and shipped from our US warehouse in Ohio.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $40
- Flat $6.95 standard shipping on orders under $40
- Expedited (2-day): $14.95 — order by 12PM EST
- We ship to all 50 US states, APO/FPO, and US territories
Delivery times
Standard orders arrive in 3-5 business days after processing. Orders placed before 12PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If your candle doesn't fill your home with cozy scent, we'll make it right. Return any unused candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
- Email hello@goosecreekcandle.com with your order number
- We'll email a prepaid US return label within one business day
- Refunds post to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives broken or missing, send a photo to hello@goosecreekcandle.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away — no need to send anything back.
