Placing an order
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Shipping and delivery
We ship only within the United States (including APO/FPO and US territories). Delivery times are estimates and start from the ship date, not the order date. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee is described in full on our Shipping & Returns page. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Product safety
Our candles meet US CPSC and ASTM F2417 safety standards. You agree to follow the care and safety instructions on the label and on our Candle Care page. GooseCreek Candle Co. is not liable for damages caused by misuse of our products.

All content on this site — logos, photography, fragrance names, product designs, and copy — is the property of GooseCreek Candle Co. and protected by US copyright and trademark law. Please don't copy or resell without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
